Atheists usually assume that they are 'rational', 'scientifically' inclined. This misplaced and quite ignorant hubris is premised upon their dismissal of Deism, the substitution of narcissism, and the firm belief that they are evolved worms and thus, magically, a little god. One of the great liars, non-scientists and egotistical philosophers was of course Darwin a man who believed that chance, randomness and uniformitarianism couched in endless time, could take a lower species to 100 trillion celled complexity called a human. No science needed to prove this. Just hand waving and nice stories. Darwin was also a racist who propounded that 'superior races' must kill off the less-evolved.

Nice. Darwin the racist advocating as Hitler and the Nazis later would, the extermination of inferior peoples.

As Wiker states, Darwin's racism reaches deep into eugenics, the building of Nietzchean 'super man'; and the will to power to create an earthly utopia through genetic 'selection' or eradication of the unfit.

Obviously so. Survival of the fittest, the bedrock of Nazi dogma and the current mantra of evolutionists. The term itself means nothing, but it titillates the Atheist. All is death, war, struggle, terror and elimination of the unfit, sick, ill, or mentally and physically impaired. Long live the cult of death and the upward march of genes !

Wiker: “It was Darwin's own cousin Francis Galton, who first elucidated the Origin's obvious conclusions for human beings...in his book Hereditary Genius [1869]....Darwin quickly followed with The Descent of Man...The obvious conclusion is eugenics.”

Darwinists and Evolutionists view the human as an animal, no better, indeed worse than cattle. If I can breed dogs and cattle why not humans ? Surely this is the fastest way to 'improve the race', so Hitler and friends can eliminate the unfit human races and allow 'man' to 'evolve' and attain the sunlit uplands of utopia ?

Wiker: “Eugenics is an applied science. It applies the science to breeding to human beings as if they were racehorses, or more accurately, farm animals....The Nazis would later apply this idea very effectively. As they saw it, natural selection is natural; nature favors the strong and picks off the weak. Society should not interfere with nature by artificially protecting the weak from destruction.”

Darwinism-Nazism-Eugenics....a thick red line indeed. Darwin openly discussed his disdain for the 'savage' races, linking Aboriginals, Indians and Blacks to apes and monkeys. The reason apes and monkeys still exist thought Darwin, was that the races which closed the 'gap' between the human and the Simian had been killed off in the 'struggle for existence'. This opened up the 'gaps' that archaeology and paleontology still have not filled with fossil or bone evidence.

As Wiker relates, Darwin's Eugenics, survival of the fittest fantasy, leads ineluctably to not only killing off the 'undesirables' or the 'unter mensch', but also to slavery. If Blacks are just a notch above apes then why not enslave them ? They are not as 'fit' as Whites, and should therefore, as we see in the animal kingdom, subservient themselves to their White superiors. If red ants can enslave black ants why shouldn't the White man enslave the Black or Brown? Surely natural selection demands this and surely naturalism is never wrong. It certainly cannot be moral.
