Time to end native Indian Apartheid in Canada and the US

Money, shame and Native Indian violence has to stop

by StFerdIII

The media and their statist socialist friends count every body bag sent home from a war. They agonize that war of any variety – preemptive, defensive, reactionary or whatever – is immoral and inhumane because Hollywood and statists scream that it is. They cry about the dead bodies but want to starve the military of funds. They moan about protocol and media access to dead bodies but demand that war is illegal, immoral and counter productive and must be stopped. The above is only true of course if the ‘white man’ engages in such ruthless activity. If native Indians [or illegal immigrants] are the ones being violent and uttering threats then violence is fine. If it is reported at all, native Indian attacks on public society and shrill demands for land and respect are invariably portrayed as justified. This is insane. It is time to end funding of a separate Indian ‘nation’ and end the guilt associated with native Indian policy.

The statists and do-gooders have been wailing for 40 years that the noble savage must be respected and funded and if they smash a few heads, cars or public places so be it. In Canada and the US approximately $50.000 per year is sent to Indian families. Not bad. It is hard to understand why Indians violate our laws and yet demand to receive such a gift each year. Most of the transferred money is of course wasted. Not only are Indians still poor, disorganized and angry – they now have an entitlement to engage in unlawful behavior. It is time for governments to dismiss the noble savage myth; stop funding a separate community within the existing nation state; and meet Indian protests of violence with violence.

Governments of course have created this problem. In both Canada-istan and the USA the constitutional basis for discrimination against Indians is based on explicit legislative responsibility for ‘Indians and lands reserved for the Indians.’ In Canada, in 1982 the constitution was amended to provide that ‘the existing aboriginal and treaty rights of the aboriginal peoples of Canada are hereby recognized and affirmed.’ The first provision gave legislators the right to single out certain Canadians on the basis of race. The second extended that power to judges, and gave them - not legislators as elected representatives of the people - the final word on determining and interpreting the law.

As a result of the constitutional facts, Indians have been treated differently by the state than have other Canadians. Land claims – the great perennial flowering of Indian unrest – is sanctified by the constitutionally protected arrangements that treat Indians as different from everyone else. Try your luck as a white hunter-trapper in claiming land in some rural spot as ‘yours’. The only land claim a white man will have is a small jail cell. The fatally flawed foundation of all of the policies, laws, and judicial decisions over the years (i.e., the treatment of some people in law on the basis of race) has never come under review or criticism. Crazy. The results have of course been disastrous. Creating a race based apartheid is hardly a sign of an intelligent society nor does it I imagine conform with the statists concept of ‘Canadian values’ or whatever values are predominant this week.

Never integrating into modern society and constitutionally separating out the Indians as a ‘distinct’ nation, leads to death, destruction and suffering. Each year Canada-istani governments transfer $10 billion per annum to native Indian ‘causes’. It is now almost as much as the military budget. Yet what is the result? Bad schools; worse schooling; non-existent university enrollment rates; massive unemployment; widespread drug and alcohol abuse; ‘chiefs’ stealing money and paying themselves $400.000 per year and partying in Las Vegas; and a hatred for the white man and modernity – upon which all blame for failure is placed. Quite a jubilee of nonsense.

Yet the land claims and give-a-aways keep flowing into incompetent native Indian hands every single year covered by flowery rhetoric on native Indian uniqueness, cultural greatness and ‘values’. Please. The greatest deed in history was the settling of North America and the conquering of its territory by Europeans and in particular the British. Transforming a stone-age Continent into a modern superpower has benefited the world at large. No stone age society in history has ever given to mankind the progress; enlightenment; morality; technology; wealth and military strength to defend freedom; as the modern nation of the USA has given to the world. Replacing cultish, virgin sacrificing worship with books, ideas and Parliaments has been a damn good thing.

Yet the guilt-money continues to pour into Indian coffers. As long as it does we can write off as lost the next generation of Indian kids rendered uneducatable by fetal alcohol syndrome, parental neglect and abandonment by their leaders who are too busy seeking endless shame-wampum at the legislature to focus on the catastrophe that exists in their families and communities. Young Indians are failing in schools across Canada and the US simply because young native kids don’t have to succeed in school. Many of their elders and potential role models did not succeed in school or in anything else for that matter. Tragically this lack of educational success has been rewarded by government after government with big payouts and toothy smiles affirming native Indian greatness. So educational failure is indelibly linked in the Indian lexicon with wealth and influence. Just raise the spectre of historical maltreatment and get paid off. There is no need to matriculate to extort money from vote-buying ‘sensitive’ and ‘deeply concerned’ politicians.

Apartheid in South Africa was a wicked and evil experiment that destroyed the lives and hopes of 35 million blacks. It was a world wide blessing when the foul regime fell and blacks were able to taste, freedom, hope and equality. Yet a similar apartheid regime exists in Canada and the USA where 7 million native Indians are discriminated against thanks to big government guilt-money and ‘sensitivity’. It is time to end the hypocrisy and nonsense.
