GlobaloneyWarming dying off as an issue.

Water is more important than abstractions about a gas which is 1% or less of all gases.

After a decade of literally thousands of ice, snow and cold records around the world, with bizarre events such as snow in Moscow in July of 2003; and snow in Jerusalem, Johannesburg and Buenos Aires; not to mention ravaging winters across EurAsia and North America with the coldest winters on record recorded in places as distant as Texas, Bejing, Detroit, Calgary and England; the cult of GlobaloneyWarming is now out of favor.

Results of the Gallop poll here.

When it comes to environmental issues, global warming now ranks last in importance, according to a new poll of Americans conducted by Gallup.  Only 25% of responders worry “a great deal” about global warming while 48% worry “only a little or not at all” about it. In contrast, pollution of drinking water ranked highest in concern, with 51% worrying a great deal and only 23% viewing it as a trivial issue. The Gallup poll, in fact, shows that traditional environmental issues are foremost in the public mind. Of the nine environmental issues polled, the top four all related to water and the fifth involved air quality. Extinction of species and loss of tropical forests ranked sixth and seventh, followed by urban sprawl.”

Of course non-scientists like David Suzuki, L Gore, MSNBC analysts; and CNN forecasters tell the peasant mass that the warming causes the cooling which causes in the long run more warming and probably as well, bad hair cuts, psychological trauma, the end of the children's future and poorly made Chinese toys.

In the real world there are 1 million variables in climate. Co2 is a natural gas used by the other variables within a decade. Co2 is less than 1% of atmospheric gases. Co2 is chemical necessary for life. And Co2 levels do not generate climate, they follow it, and the Co2 ratio in ppm is at a below average historical level.

GlobaloneyWarming is about Green-Communism; Redistribution; Regulation; Higher Taxes; and controlling the peasant mass. It has nothing to do with cleaning up our lakes, rivers, forests, or trails, or ensuring that the 90% of North America which is not inhabited by humans or development, is protected.

It is a scam. It is a cult. It is a fantasy.

Notice the real concerns of people. Water. This is indeed a huge issue and one that is going to be the most important resource issue in this century is central to most people's concerns about the environment. Good for them [and us]. Living in the real world has its advantages.
