As we discussed in the last post, Faraday provided the ‘hardware’ which proved that the aether exists and generates electricity. Maxwell (1831–1879) provided the ‘software’ or mathematical logic to explain the process. In reality and with ‘real science’ this is the relationship. You invent, create then explain and notate.
